4.2 million shares short

HDR has 4.2 million shares sold short as at 11.30 this am. These shorters are gambling that the testing of Uganda will be negative, the price of oil will fall, the oil share market will collaspe or some unknown factor will emerge.

Not good gambles, are they? The shorters are taking one heck of a risk, anf if these factors fail to emerge, shorters will need to scramble to buy back at a loss.
