I am certain the recent decline in sp has nothing whatsoever to do with Eden Energy .
Dart's acreage is reckoned to be much better and better located ; Erbistock Basin , Gainsborough Trough , other acreage in East Midlands .
Dart sp is pretty much equal to what they paid for their UK shale acreage and it hasn't gone down in value .
Beyond very decent shale assets in England what else do Dart have ?
A payroll , virtually no revenue or prospect of revenue for 12 months and about the same amount of money in the bank .
What happens to the loan facility they have got to progress the Airth project if they don't get a positive determination of planning permission within expected timeframes .
Does what they have drawn down against it get called in immediately ?
The board constantly tout themselves as being ex-Arrow energy and seem to have rested on their laurels and become a liability rather than an asset to the company .
We must almost be at the time when it would be in the best interest of shareholders for the board to try to arrange a merger with Igas or another company which can execute .
