I am buying today. Fits my criteria for similar reasons posted by others. Low debt level, 4.2m oz and LOCATION.
There's more sellling to be done by thelooks of it, as every time there is a buyer at 45, it is swallowed up.
Patience required.
Lack of strategy to go to production might be holding this back.. Even if you want to be taken out, you have to demonstrate to shareholders that you do have a plan.
