Very smart move young-trader. I have noticed that some of the "smart money" has moved into Carrick lately with new buyers who have done their homework and identified a great bargain. I'm still 30,000 under where I want to be. Maybe I should have grabbed them when you did! May have to pay a little more but I'll wait and see if the 45c seller comes back. He/she may just be having the day off or may have decided that it would be wiser to sell at a higher price! Alternatively of course he/she may have finished dumping. We'll see, won't we?
