The only possible explanation I can think of is JPM are betting on a significant gold price corrective, I.e through 1000 back to 750-800. I personally dont think this will happen, but I guess nothing is impossible given the manipulation of the precious metal markets & seemingly unlimited short positions....could start a war one day, who knows :)
