So ~ 30% of all BEPPA are for

~ 1.5% against

~ 5.5% in the proxy's pockect - going whichever way?

and ~ 63% outstanding.....

And 75% of votes needed for the vote to be carried

Interesting position I would say as the 5.5% in the pocket represents ~ 19% of the votes received. 19 + 1.5% getting close to 25% !!!!

Long sufferring BEPPA holders are still sufferring.
