Informed analysis at the penny end of the market is usually unreliable. Even analysis at the blue chip end is often unreliable. As Charlie Munger said, if these guys were so good, they would be making a killing with their own money.
FND is a complex business. So much so that people on these threads are wondering about ownership percentage of TSI, cash on hand, percentage ownership after TSI lists, and the business model. So my attitude is to go with the cash on hand, expected announcements, and sentiment.
FYI, as of a few weeks ago, FND has around $11m cash and no debt. TSI has around $70m cash and $52m corporate debt (for ATM rollout amortised over 4 years).
