There were 2 consolidations, 1 in April 2020 at 20-1 and then another in Sept 2022 at 20-1. So much for their 'deep dive' into the coy. Lucky they didn't break their necks on the sand bank they dove into!!

I think it was around the time of the first consol when the major SH, Trojan (who I believe is still the No1 SH at FND) that called the EGM to oust NS quite soon after he was appointed. At the time, there was unrest with pretty much all the other Dtors, but especially the then CEO Jeffrey Lai who had pivoted TSN to VOR and delved into cyber security. If JL had got his way TSI would have been flogged off years ago.

Anyway, Trojan was either trying to get VOR/FND back into the Indian mkt and wasn't being listened to, or Trojan had other ideas and wanted control of the coy themselves. NS stood in the way of that. So, it's not that NS had anything to do with any of that, Trojan wanted him out of the way within weeks of his appointment.
