Note that the Rewardscorp associate has been getting into the Group Buying trend in the last few months. Suspect there is more value here for CLS than the $109k asset value ascribed in accounts for their 44% holding. Carrying value to be reviewed in FY, so may write back some of the previous impairment of $3.3m.
