Under the Rights Issue shareholders will be able to subscribe for 3 new fully paid ordinary
shares for every 4 shares held on 29 November 2011, at an issue price of A$0.005 per share.
In addition, participants will receive 1 free-attaching option for every 4 new shares accepted.
The options will have an exercise price of A$0.007 and will expire on 30 June 2014
