as i read it this is a second placement, which takes up the oversubscribtions to the first.

The first is 3.4 original scaled back, + second is 4.2 (commitments) of oversubscribtions to the first. (though the second titles 4.4?)

My take is that it is 7.6 total, and there may be a typo on the header of the second.

So, 7.6 or 7.8 not sure. doesnt matter.
