Sorry Lautec but you are completely wrong with this one.

the first placement was successfully made and then the second was also successfully made to the oversubscriptions... There has been two placements....

I think you'll find that if the first was merely increased to $4.4m then the announcement would have been an amendment to initial placement and not an entirely new placement.

Also your comment re the "commitments" is also incorrect. the investors where required to send the cash into a trust account to register for the placement... It is called a commitment because they can't call it a straight placement as the shares are not approved by the shareholders as yet.

L you usually do only stick to the facts but I certainly think you have manipulated the words here to suit your argument...granted that it wasn't the clearest of announcements but they certainly did not say that it was a two stage raising...
