Ok got it now. It is 4.5" liner as opposed to casing. Liner is light weight compared to casing and is used to stop the hole collapsing on high porosity horizontal completions.
Without seeing the casing program for the well it is hard to guess estimated flow rates.
For a bit of fun and a loosely educated guess to provoke some comment, my pick for Kennedy is 12mmscfd and 1000bbld of condensate at stabilised rates by end of Feb 08.
And wouldn't that be a well deserved, albeit late xmas present for the long suffering holders.
