as at 31.12.23 the Gladiator Auditor made a ‘Going Concern’ warning - 10 weeks after that warning, Gladiator suddenly announces ‘binding share placement agreement’ - ok, have the terms and conditions been met to fulfill settlement of 140,000,000 @ $0.03 less 5% brokers fee? Would you be happy to part of the ‘private consortium’ that unnecessarily overpaid for shares? Does make sense people, wake up and smell the roses
