This seems like a good deal for Linc in the big scheme of things. The last thing Linc would want to do is go into China on there own. Many Western companies, including Australian companies, have come unstuck with this approach. GCL'S parttnership and back ground seem a good fit with Linc. Even though Linc end up with 33% it's a much safer way of entering this huge market, and the sky is the limit.
