Mate there is no way in the world a refin is going to happen after that announcement. i said from day 1 that va cap raisning was going to be needed.
The problem as i see it no is that through incompetent mgmt as cap raising to shareholders will not get off the ground after such a long suspension with no real positive ann. The only way i see it, as a slim chance is if they get the likes of chinalco/bhp to take a majority stake, severly dilute existing holders and then we will see it through. otherwise the administrators might be called.
