Tip for the day:
Unlike hematite, it's possible for experienced drillers to 'get a feel' of the Fe content in magnetite samples. Field testing with a REO Magnet is a cheap and quick method. The advantage of having that sort of advanced knowledge is that it could play a part in the decision to drill deeper than originally planned.
