As per the title, how come on every bit of info MLS releases regarding Manindi, they don't mention the fact they only own 80% of it, not 100% (can't put bloody %'s in the title!)
ie the original deal was that MLS bought 80% of the company that owned 100% of the deposit. Its rather important as instead of being a $450m deposit attributable to MLS, it's actually $360m - still good but a substanial reduction in "per share" value.
A bit misleading IMHO and a trap for new players (or those who have not done their homework) - My one personal bugbear I guess but some punters may not be aware of it
Any thoughts as to why MLS never mentions it? (ie most companies say "our 70% owned tenement" etc etc but with MLS you would think they owned 100% of it......)
