What Nectars said is SDL is not going to produce 100mils on over 4billions capex. The chinese will produce over 100mils plus in that region once they takeover SDl and the infrastructure rail and port. SDL scratched only the 10km area of over 1000kms permit. You can imagine if Chinese got the power to dig that 1000kms area then how much Iron ore they will produce? 100mils plus minimum. They are capable of to do that and they have financial power,Technology,labour so on. No doubt about it. I wish SDL can go to production instead of eaten by this Chinese with cheap price.
