The rail and port will have a much higher capacity than the 35mt/pa SDL has projected to move by itself (yowie013 used a figure of 30mt/pa for some reason anyway?). This is why SDL was looking for other rail and port users as well. To start the CAPEX of $4.6B will only build a 30mt/pa capacity rail and port is simply incorrect.
