Company is travelling "extremelly well", with secure contracts to take them thru to end of 2009, and on track to deliver result as a budgeted.

I'd say that one of the main shareholders is divesting, to counter Total Market position and nothing to do with Brandrill itself.

Debt levels are very manageable according to company as the company has an excellent cashflow.
