The last time we saw volume like that was on the 19th May, when the directors were selling, and then before that was the 11th April, when the directors were selling also, so hopefully that's not what is going on here. That would be the worst case scenario.

As for the Davis Samuel matter, I am pretty sure we are the main player in this particular case. Not sure if the following link will take you to the search, but it appears there is a sitting in the ACT supreme court on 30/6/08.
