2 things could happen.
the current shares trading could fall to the new list price or
the new shares could trade at equivelant to the current equivelant market price, offering a very nice stag.
which will happen is anyones guess.
but I think it will be the latter. The new shares were very hard to get.
but I have held off from buying CVL due to this conundrum......
