Good well balanced post. Clearly valuation does depend on your approach to the stock market.
I lean more heavily towards trading then investing, which probably helps explain my point of view.
If you were more the Warren Buffet (i.e. buy and hold quality for long term) type of investor, then VOC would be attractive, because you would not be planning to sell it for years and years.
