There will be a short fall 100% I bet a leak is out or else people will think short fall so they dumped it.
What happens when there is a short fall does it depend how short they are, never been in this situation befor.
I gave ICG $12,000 extra for the short fall this is why for people buying on the market at 0,006 and not on the CR did not help situation either.
