The average price paid in the mergers and acquisitions this year has been $US101 per ounce for reserves and $US34 for resources. The acquisitions have ranged widely in the ounces acquired.
According to their criteria, CRK would be acquired (using the average) at $2.34 a share with their current reserves and resources announced, prior to next week's quarterly report, roughly four times the current share price.
How do NGF,SLR,MML and MUN compare to that?
Are there others with decent size reserves and resources as undervalued as this?
This is a useful tool for working out the comparative values of our juniors.
