This hasn't been a "4bn t/o company" for years - in fact the whole point is that it ISN'T a 4bn t/o company, because the t/o is dropping like a stone. In the absence of any positive update, we can only assume that the news is going to be BAD, and we'll be lucky if its even 2.5bn this year.

And that, dear pathetic, is precisely why it's 4.9c (and destined to go even lower).
