What agitates me the most is the good will law to anyone who tows in another boat that is stranded or something like that. Nothing wrong with the law itself, but it is now being used as a loophole so these scum smugglers can get away free. Basically our laws are getting used against us(as usual), and we seem to be able to do jack about it. These smugglers must be laughing hard at us. They get a return trip to pick up more.
They need to introduce mandatory life sentences for people smuggling. This is out of hand.
