"Blue Sky Private Equity Wild Breads & Wild Breads RCPS Funds - Following a below-budget first-quarter sales performance combined with an outlook of sustained substantially higher flour prices (due to the drought) the carrying value of units in the Blue Sky Private Equity Wild Breads Fund and Wild Breads RCPS Fund has been materially reduced this month"

The carrying value has been materially reduced.
