(I an unsure where those figures came from above - $40M cash I did read though...cos it meant to be $32M but they could not spend the floating $8M cos ..........you would need to ask them why they could not complete that deal)

idle thought cos the takeover words are being used........whenever I am trading a dodgy I remind myself that I get to choose between making my own tax position decision...........or have someone else determine my tax position for me.......no idea if applicable here though.

I also think about how come a COY that manages assets of $3,400,000,000 cannot pay a dividend......
