Well it's almost 4 months since posting, and the price seems to have been averaging around that $2.80 mark remaining fairly horizontal. I still think we will see $4 by years end. A bit of positive reassuring news, such as continued growth and utilisation of their new fibre network (cutting costs), should see a solid jump above $3, hopefully never seeing under $3 again.
