ABB are known for reliable service and speeds (for both business and residential), even during peak times where other service providers struggle. Cheaper service providers tend to be oversubscribed with not enough CVC, which causes issues and congestion through peak times. ABB will upgrade and increase CVC to ensure that there is minimal congestion during peak times. Being with multiple ISP's over the year, no, cheaper is definitely not the same.
