Internet isn’t like energy. It requires ongoing servicing of highly variable customer needs over time of day and lifecycle of customer. Support is a major differentiator. I think you misunderstand this segment, or you do understand and have some reason to talk down ABBs value.
Consumer acquisition and creation of a solid reputation there creates a foundation for growing into the lower churn business market. It makes sense.
I disagree with your assessment so much that I’ve just opted-in to the SPP to the maximum retail allocation.
