Many thanks for this interesting debate about taxation.
My very simple thoughts are
1/ a profit is a profit . I am happy to pay tax as required.
2/ My average price into WHE was about 88c thus I have made good money and happy to pay tax(irrespective of holding for 12 months or not)
3/ If you are paying tax then you are making money.

I have had very few if any losses because I am always happy to take profits when they are there.
Greed doesnt enter the equation
