Tivan :- 4 Catalysts in the 1st Qtr.
It so good to be invested in such a well led and fast moving company
As Grant said at the recent shareholder update he believes the shares are significantly under valued at the current share price.
Grant talks about 3 to 4 Catalysts in this Quarter that will help further increase the markets visibility and value of Tivan.
These based on the shareholder update appear to be
1) Sandover Fluorite – Assay Results due this week coming
2) Sandover - AI Earth Project – First drill results on the Lead & Silver prospect due by end of January
(note rock samples do not necessarily make a economically viable project however Grant also mentioned that

- they did not know what else would be down there when they drill
- did mention potential traces of gold
3) Project X – He hoped to be able to announce something further in January or February
(though he said it both project and timing of any information was dependent on external parties)
4) Completion of the Speewah – Fluorite project JV agreement with Sumitomo. We already know from the Speewah Fluorite 24 Dec 2024 announcement ‘Tivan and Sumitomo Corporation Document Joint Venture Terms’ – the JV legal documentation will make the JV legally complete and operational.
Having spent over 13 years living and working in Japan and a many more living and working in Korea and elsewhere in Asia, I believe the Japanese make the best business partners and a major company like Sumitomo would be on the top tier of that. They may take a little longer as they are very methodical and to them a good trustworthy relationship as important as any agreement.
Sorry to say the Korean and Indian companies never seem to stop negotiating even after an agreement is signed and only one party can be ‘top dog’.even in a 50/50 JV
Grant chose wisely in picking Sumitomo and negotiated a very good
It is good that Sumitomo are also interested in the Tivan - Speewah vanadium project and Sandover - Fluorite project
Much to look forward to, its good to be a Tivan shareholder GLTA
