    Possible pre-takeover strategy, seen this happen before.
    Slowly reduce the price and then bang , takeover offer 20% premium offer based on a 30 day vwap.

    The 20% premium share offer looks good but technically it is not.

    The above may not happen , but it wouldn't surprise me.
