    based on the Annual Report number as at 11th Sept 2013

    Mathews held 1.3mil
    Focus Asset held 1.63mil

    Total 2.93mil

    Since the 13th 3.97mil has been traded (including 2.3mil thus far today) So in theory, with no confirmation, 73% Mathew sells fits.

    However we need to be wary of the other 1mil that sits in Mathews Capital Partners account (which hasn't been selling, thus far)
