    I do not think this would cause a surge in price... this was expected and is one of the factors from 1c to 3c...... when there is 500k buyer of say 3.3c and 1.5m @ 3.4c.... the higher seems to be gobbled up in one hit.... 5 or so gobble ups... and we are already @ 4c.
