BNW - I dont think you will see 4c unless there is a major sell off or a massive Capitol raise. Unlike the last time you (correctly) called the low water mark, there is a series of compelling events in the near term + the two large assets that are now valued in the chain.
If it does come close to 4c however, expect the the buying from bargain hunters to stop it early (unless it's dilution based). Given that's so far off the Gerry Harvey mark etc etc and there is firm value in the chain, cant see it.
