Hi chandler, yes, I guess T/O may be classed wishful thinking, and may 4 cents may be too, for that matter - not sure if you meant one or other or both.

I do find it hard to think that incompetence could be so entrenched that they are simply unable to charge more than it costs them to perform contracts and sustain a business servicing O&G.

Still, re the project thread, we have had informed people post on performance problems in the past that we otherwise knew nothing about. If the same pattern takes hold again...

Anyway, I've had a lash, so I'll see what happens.
