    Just turn off the screens if you're holding on - because it'll do your head in.

    We're back in accumulation phase by the looks of things.

    It LOOKS similar to pump and dump, but is different in that mainly a few shares are sold back out just to bring in new sellers for the accumulator to pick up more.
