Odd not at all. Odd is your surprise he was interested in that avenue as a revenue stream in the future if the government legalized recreational use, obviously a good businessman. The point was the fact that generally once medically licensed & regulated, recreational use is also regulated in most countries. I don't think they want you to smoke!! however if you decided to make decision to consume a cannabis product they may potentially be happy to supply that product when and if legalized
