It hasn’t worked overseas? We certainly have very different views on this. Recreational marijuana is now legal in 10 US states and medicinal is legal in about 30. Every state that made is medically legal is slowly progressing towards recreational. Why? TAXES
Governments are realizing how insanely profitibale it is, and truthfully every arguement against recreational pot is meaningless because at the end of the day one thing always wins, and that thing is money. Money talks, and pot is where the money is. You may not like it, but it is the way of the new world. This industry is here to stay, and we are only at the very beginning.
