I think he is some sort of special "envoy" or conduit between QBL and this and possibly other public discussion forums.

I also believe that "Neil" is in the employ of QBL. This alone ought to give the investor cause to pause. I could be wrong on the 'employment' status point but that was my last knowledge of this somewhat questionable practice. Maybe "Neil" could clarify his association with QBL.

If, he is the 'envoy,' why is it that I have to contact the company to resolve some very easy questions.

From memory 'Neil' failed to provide answers on information that was in the public domain (e.g. quarterly report).

I have made my views clear on that circumstance. I think it is utterly flawed.
