Jer 22:17 “Yet your eyes and your heart are for nothing but your covetousness, for shedding innocent blood, and practicing oppression and violence.”
Jer. 18:12 “And they said, There is no hope: but we will walk after our own devices, and we will every one do the imagination of his evil heart.”
Ps.2:1-4 “Why do the nations rage, and the people plot a vain thing? The rulers of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD and against His Anointed, saying, “Let us break their bonds in pieces and cast away their cords from us.”
So I guess there's nothing new going on, just more signs..for those who can see. 'Some' kind of change is necessary or things will just keep spiralling downwards to our eventual destruction. Be the change you want to see in the world.
