well this is the reality we face in attempting to deal with such a country...if we sign with srilanka and all of a sudden our govt doesnt want to pay then what happens next? this could drag on for years unless some other country foots the bill for the lankans. Aust govt have agreed though 'in principle'...but i hope this doco hasnt done any damage...look what happened with indonesian cattle took one look at the video and stopped sending them immediately
