4 corners report

Ladies and Gents,

I am hoping that Cougar the Big Len and directors of Cougar were watching the 4 Corners Report tonight.

The report clearly demonstrates one thing - the Qld government is chasing the dollar, when I say dollars I mean royalties.

You only have to take the example of QGC wells that were leaking gas, poluting water, potentially poluting the great artisian basin and QGC are yet to fix these wells and at the same time it would appear little or rather the harsh treatment that has been dealt to CXY has not been dealt to QGC - why? because so long as QGC produces the gas the will have to pay royalties to the Qld goverment which will fund this states ridiculous deficits

CXY had what appeared to be poor monitor readings, apparently didnt act quickly enough, and had to use a white board (what a crock) and got closed. QGC on the other hand can polute the water, have leaking wells anduse damaging chemcials for fracking yet are any of the wells closed down - no, let turn a blind eye- because the royalty cheque is in the mail.

I have rarely got passionate above a stock but after tonight I am an even more pieved investor who, after watching the story tonight can only hope Cougar has got a serious action plan that they will deliver to Derm. Maybe they should deliver it with an estimate of the royalties the goernment may earn in the future that will probably get them across the line.

I will be contacting my sister at the ABC tomorrow again about doing a piece on Cougar because I now have more of a belief now that CXY has been left out in the cold.
