I'll bite. I don't care what their status is. The fact that they are not economic refugees and are from the losing side of a civil war is worse, as they will bring their anger and possible violence here that they were involved in Sri Lanka. We can't continue in taking all the world's losers.
There is enough violence in Australia now that we have imported. Example in Christmas Island there was Tamils fighting Alfganies. Cronulla Riots another.
These people who come from violent countries regardless of their status we can do with out.
They should come into Australia like normal people with why they would be an asset to Australia.
It's about time Australia stops being a dumping ground.
