I wonder which country gave the most assistance to the Sri lankens, enabling them to commit this atrocity. They were given arms, intelligence and logistical support -- from which country ? Any guesses? It was very obvious what was going on at the time -- widely reported. No one did anything then, it is unlikely much will happen now.
