re: croup: 4 corners tonight.....water No worries with a smaller population. You can water the garden all you please, the kids can play under a sprinkler in the summer heat without being criminals, and no water rates either!
It is unsurprising to see the usual bunch of chumps consider all but the bleeding obvious.
